BBP-电动机调速变频器可通过改变其输出变频来跳节普通三相异步电动机的转速,以达到生产工艺的要求,或实现节电的目的,节电率可
达到30%～60%,以可做为电动机软启动控制器,也通过传感器,变送器等控制电路组成闭环调速系统。安装操作简单,起动平稳无冲击电
流(软启动),电源容量大大降低,功率因数恒定(cosφ≈1),同时具备故障显示各种保护功能。
在隔爆外壳内安装11根紫铜管.增强自动通风冷却散热.使隔爆腔内变频器能在正常温度中工作。
由于调速变频器的核心器件是单片微机,因此具有很强的功能:
过电流保护,短路保护,过电压保护,欠电压保护,瞬时停电保护和断相保护。
相数字显示后或指示频率,转速以及负载率或电流等。
可手动调节频率。可转速按时间变化的工艺曲线。也可以由DCS系统给出信号来控制其频率。
本产品调速变频器选用日本富士或SA-NKEN套件。柜内还装有电流表，电压表，自动空气开关，指示灯，交流接触器，工频变转换开关
及起动，停止钮等。可根据不同用户的工艺要求设计原理，选择器件配制各种适当的操作方法。
铜管或电缆布线，电缆布线须配电缆夹紧密封接头。

Because the key part of the frequency converter is a monolithic micro-computer,it works erriciently:
Protection of overcurrent,short-circuit,overvoitage,undervod-tage,instant power-off and phase.
Display of frequency speed and load with digital or pointer.
Designation of technology curve or speed by time.
Frequency converter of the board is selected form JAPAN's FUJI os SANKEN components or by user,Ammeter,
voltammeter,auto-airs-witch,indicating lamp and AC contactor are incuded.Operation mode could be besigned
according to suer's technology requirement.　
Connection with tube or throughwiring are included.
